Welcome to our Group. This is where Maternatura (our leading haircare brand) and Lakshmi (our skincare brand) come to life, the primary engine behind our entire manufacturing setup.

From R&D innovation to our proprietary production facility, our operations are overwhelmingly dedicated to driving our own 2 brands, while selectively crafting formulas for some third parties. Powered by over € 50 million in annual turnover with our entire group and a team of 300+ experts, we blend green science with industrial scale to set the benchmark in eco-organic beauty.

Sustainability commitment

We select biodynamic and organic raw materials to safeguard the planet’s vitality while ensuring exceptional performance. Through “Ogyre” every purchase becomes a gesture that helps clean the oceans and supports coastal communities. Together with “Progetto Quid”, we give new life to surplus textiles, transforming them into elegant accessories that celebrate the beauty of upcycling. Every year we collaborate with “Reverse”, the company that designs our Cosmoprof stand using recycled wood. Whenever possible, we reuse the same materials each year to minimize environmental impact. The structures are crafted by inmates as part of a rehabilitation program, giving meaningful value to their work and supporting a socially responsible production process. In every formula and partnership, we honour the world that inspires us, creating beauty that is conscious, ethical, and enduring, our signature expression of sustainable luxury.

Today, we are proudly present in over 30 countries through our network of active distributors, with a well established presence across most of Europe. In 2025, we made a strategic leap into Canada and the USA, further extending our global footprint. In Asia, our long-standing partnerships continue to thrive, while we are actively exploring opportunities to enter Japan and South Korea, reinforcing our vision of excellence worldwide.

Selected hairstylists enjoyed exclusive, complimentary training, discovering how to recreate high-fashion looks with Maternatura products. Importers Meeting

Maternatura’s annual Importers Meeting brings our international partners together for an exclusive two-day experience in Italy, combining workshops, knowledge sharing, team building, and wellness. From inspiring moments of collaboration to an elegant Gala Dinner, every experience is designed to strengthen relationships, share new ideas, and build a stronger global community.

Cosmoprof Bologna

Every year, Maternatura takes center stage at Cosmoprof Bologna, the international beauty and professional haircare exhibition. With 50+ sqm immersive stand, we showcase our brand, connect with industry professionals, and bring our natural haircare philosophy to life. Innovation, visibility, and meaningful connections, celebrating our growth in the Italian market while building new opportunities worldwide.

Cosmoprof Hong  Kong

Every year, Maternatura takes part in Cosmoprof Hong Kong, a key event for the international beauty industry and a strategic gateway to Asian markets. Last year, our participation attracted the attention of SaSa, one of Asia’s leading beauty retailers, who scouted our brand for new business opportunities.

Cosmoprof Miami

Maternatura Lands in the US Market. Our first participation at Cosmoprof Miami marked a major milestone in Maternatura’s international expansion, opening the door to the US market. Our stand attracted strong interest from American and Latin American distributors, confirming the appeal of our eco-organic formulations, professional performance, and distinctive brand identity. A new market, new opportunities, and the beginning of Maternatura’s journey in the United States.

Cosmoprof Las Vegas

Following our success at Cosmoprof Miami, where we opened doors to three new distributors across the US and Latin America, Maternatura is gaining further traction in North America. At Las Vegas, two major US agents showed strong interest in our brand, opening the way for new collaborations that are now taking shape. The American market is full of opportunities, and Maternatura is ready to seize them.

TFWA

We took our first steps into the duty-free market, initiating meetings at TFWA Cannes to explore new international opportunities. Our efforts are already delivering results: we have secured already distributor and are currently in negotiations with two additional potential partners in the duty free market.
